2024 Vermeer® WC2300XL Tier 3

As the push toward alternative fuels accelerates, governments and industries are recognizing the advantages of using wood chips as a source for power generation. Now with a CAT C-13 Tier 4 Final engine with 440 hp (328 kW) of power, the WC2300XL whole tree chipper offers a powerful solution for producing wood chips. Material can be handled efficiently with variable-speed dual-infeed conveyor chains and SmartCrush technology, and maintenance is simple with replaceable high-wear parts. Multiple engine options

A CAT C13 Tier 4 Final engine provides 440 hp (328 kW) of power to meet your jobsite demands. A Tier 3 engine option is available for less-regulated countries.

SmartCrush and variable-speed, dual-infeed conveyor chains

With technology such as SmartCrush to automatically increase down pressure when difficult material enters the cutting drum, and the variable-speed dual-infeed conveyor chains, operators can concentrate on loading the machine, not pushing the material through.

Remote controls

A remote control allows operators to view engine parameters and change a variety of settings.

Two knife options

Two knife options, with depths of cut of 3/8 in (.9 cm) or 5/8 in (1.6 cm), allow the operator to select the knife that meets their end product sizing needs.

Built-in skidder grab

The WC2300XL has a compact design and built-in skidder grab on the tongue, allowing it to be moved around on-site by a skidder or excavator.
